models followed in contracts
MODEL
I: ESDC (EXTENDED SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT CENTER)
In
this model, human resources management, infrastructure, administrative
support and communication are performed by Inar. General coordination,
quality assurance and deliveries are the client's responsibility.
In other words, Inar extends the client's development team allowing
him to remain in control of the process. The client can concentrate
on technology, deliveries and development quality. The software
development environment and human resources handling responsibilities
are taken by Inar.
MODEL
II: JOIN VENTURE
In
this model the client provides the design and the standards
(architecture) to Inar. Inar follows these standards and performs
the deliveries to the client. Inar is additionally responsible
for project management and resource assignment. The client can
supervise quality and remotely monitor progress.
MODEL
III: RSDC (REMOTE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT CENTER)
In
this model, Inar takes total responsibility for the project:
a turn-key contract. Inar's team studies the project and prepares:
schedule, general planning of the project (management plan),
quality assurance plan, and test plans. Once the development
standards have been agreed with the client, Inar takes complete
responsibility for the project and deliveries.
