available quality service results in a intranet/internet
way. |
| Solution |
| |
The solution consists of an integral system composed as
much in software as in low cost hardware and completely
automated.
The system behavior is based in the installation of small
intelligent devices in houses, industries and institutions
(remote devices). These state of the art small devices are
in charge of detection of outage and reestablishment of
the electrical service and to communicate to the central
server the event.
The steps in this process are:
- When some these devices detects the outage It calls a
predefined call toll free number of the regulation authority
and send the information regarding the ID and information
of the outage /reestablishment.
- In the regulation authority building is placed a master
system that collects and processes the information coming
from the remote devices. |
