Integrated
system for simulation of operations and contingencies in

from several source of information, such as SCADA, call
centers, etc. (legacy and new developments). |

It
was developed a web based GIS where the user can access
all the functionality of operations tools. This solution
was a scalable, multi tier and thin client approach. Some
processes were converted from the legacy version and some
other was taken from the scratch. It can be accessed from
30 workstations PCs simultaneously (some from remote offices).
SIDAC OP BT handles all events that were entered, or modified
in other systems. It has interface with SIDAC's Reclaims
Management and SIDAC's Service Quality Systems. It was provided
with user - roles concept based security and centralized
administration. |

solution doesn't require high skilled human resources. Since
the previous solutions used Autocad, SIDACOP BT cut down
on the number of required AutoCAD licenses. |
