SIDAC Reclaims

Introduction
  The objective is to develop the call center system of the Energy Distribution Company. It's a CRM. SIDAC Reclaims enables the recording and intelligent answering of "no supply" reclaims.
Reclaim is integrated with Power Trace Operations and the ERP of the company. This enables to give an early answer to the customer and solve the supply problems very quickly.

  ASINELSA S.A. Argentinean consulting firm specialized in engineering for electrical distribution companies with more than 20 clients in Latin America.
Business Need
  Minimize the "no supply" time. Specially during storms.
To give answers to the clients automatically when the "no supply cause" is know from Power Trace.
Give information to the control center about abnormal the network status.
Solution
  It was developed based on the GUI of the previous Call Center System, providing extra information about the customer status. It was developed tools to represent the "reclaims clouds" and to identify fails based on the knowledge base.
The system permit track the complete reclaims solution process. From the reception, answering, dispatch, work orders managing, use of materials to the statistics.
